You can unsubscribe from JobsGroup emails by visiting the ‘Email Preferences’ page:
- You can individually choose to stop emails such as application confirmation emails, recruiter emails and account notifications. Remember to untick the appropriate box and click ‘Save My Email Preferences’;
- Or alternatively, you can choose to stop receiving emails entirely by ticking the ‘Unsubscribe from all emails’ and clicking ‘Save My Email Preferences.’
Deleting an account
If you want to delete your account, you’ll need to do the following:
- Click close my account button;
- Tick the box to confirm that you want to delete your account;
- Then click ‘Proceed – I do want to close my account.’ Once you have done the above, your account will be deleted.
Please note that your CV, profile and history will all be permanently deleted. Consequently, we will be unable to recover your information should you change your mind. Alternatively, you can hide your CV and profile from recruiters and unsubscribe from all emails. Thus, when you’re looking for a job again, you do not have to re-register with the site.
