How do I change my registered details?
In order to change your details (such as an email address or password), please complete the following steps:
- Login
- Click on ‘Profile and CV’ in the top menu bar;
- Amend details where necessary;
- Click green 'Save' button
I have forgotten my password – how do I access my account?
If you forget your password, you can have a reminder sent to your email address. There is a blue link on the login screen called ‘Forgotten Your Password.’ You will need to enter your email address first and then click on the blue link. We will then send your password to your email address.
Please note that you must have registered with us in order to receive a password reminder.
I cannot login to the website
Firstly, are you using the correct email address and password when logging in? To receive a password reminder, please click the ‘forgotten your password’ blue link on the login screen (below email address).
Your browser settings could also stop you from logging in. Nearly all of the buttons on our site use Java Script so it’s important that this is turned on in your browser.
